🗄️ Reconsidering my Dropbox subscription

Every year, it seems I go through a process of switching away from Dropbox, largely because of financial reasons. Because of my other subscriptions, I have access to:

• iCloud Drive
• Proton Drive
• Google Drive

It feels wasteful to pay Dropbox when I already have access to the above. However, each year I continue paying Dropbox.

To save myself from going through my thoughts, I published them in August 2024. This has been incredibly handy because, once again, in 2026, I am going to continue paying Dropbox, and here is why:

Last year, I had my hopes set on Unifi Drive but its software has a lot of catching up to do. Unfortunately, like Proton Drive, Unifi Drive has not lived up to its potential.
