⛑️ A Life Update #1
❤️🩹 healthLast week, I wrote about resetting my life and this blog post is a progress update on how that is going.
Weight: Decreased from 88.4KG last
week to 87.3KG. This steady decline (1.1KG) in weight
makes me happy. I am not in a hurry; instead, I want to achieve my
weight goal by maintaining a balanced lifestyle. This means I won't hold
back from enjoying the foods that bring me joy. The aim is to eat well
80% of the time (the
80 20 rule), which is a healthy way of living in my book.
